Do you offer customisations?
Yes, we offer customisations on selected designs. Depending on the style, we can modify colours, add sleeves, adjust appliqué details, and make other design changes where possible.
We also create fully custom outfits tailored to your preferences and requirements.

What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns/exchanges, as we work on a made-to-order basis. This means production begins only after an order has been placed.
Hence, before ordering, please make sure to check the size chart thoroughly or get a piece made to your exact measurements, using our custom size option.
Incase of delivery of damaged products, we will replace the items as per our company policies, please share video proof with us.

When will I get my order?
All Sriya Alapati pieces are custom-made to order. Once your order is confirmed, production begins immediately.
Dispatch times: 1-2 weeks
Except,
Raven's rule: 4-5 weeks
The puppeteer: 3-4 weeks
After dispatch, delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Kindly note that production timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or for highly detailed pieces. We recommend placing your order well in advance if required for a specific occasion.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured entirely in Hyderabad, India. We carefully select our manufacturing material to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Within India-
Shipping is free.
International orders-
Shipping costs 3,000 INR for orders below 20,000 INR, and 5,000 INR for orders above 20,000 INR.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the size of the order. Please note that duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are to be fulfilled by the customer.

Do you accept international payments?
International customers can browse and view prices in their local currency for convenience. However, all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout. Your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount based on the current exchange rate and any applicable conversion charges.
